Post-operative Follow-up and Aftercare
You are discharged from the laser centre with
instructions for your post-op visit and a small
kit with the necessary eyedrops you will need.
The Doctors will see you on the first day post-operatively
to check that everything is in order and then
one week later. The third visit is usually at
one month and then at 6 months. You are monitored
at every stage to ensure that everything is going
according to plan.
You can resume normal sporting activities after
a few days but we prefer that you do not swim
for a week at least.
